Aloe Vera has been used for various medical conditions for 4,000 years. Originating in Africa, Aloe Vera has over 200 varieties and can be found in most warm climates. The plant itself is a smooth and rubbery with meaty, gel-filled leaves. The inside of an Aloe Vera plant consists of the pulp of the plant and the gel.
